When you exercise, it affects your thinking in both directions. Studies show that when people are on a stationary bike and they have to do some processing or problem solving or memorizing, they actually do better. So i'm curious, when we think about movement to day and its effect on cognition,. is there a benefit to layering on some sort of cognitively demanding sort of task on top of exercise? Or is, i'm looking at ivgot a stationery bik outside. Is sitting on that and listening to music foror 60 minutes, is that going to be enough?
