With endo with PCOS, they are unfortunately over diagnosed. I understand why a lot of women with endo go on hormonal birth control to help them with the pain. But we need to actually try and fix a lot of the imbalances that you have in your body,. Your nutrient deficiencies, your inflammation before you come off the pill.
