The first and most important thing is the name and the website of your portfolio, then that should be at the top of your resume. If you're sending in your resume, make sure your name and your reel is like the first thing people see. You've got to get them into the story first. And if there's that big of a barrier, I don't know about you, but I don't like looking at resumes at all because they almost always disqualify people.
