The Reputation of the Chinese

So far we haven't seen that kind of action from modern China. It's actually quite a cautious state. And in a way, you could say they've been flourishing. All of the trends are in their direction. Why risk upsetting everything and maybe plunging the whole world into a major war situation? I don't know how the Chinese have gotten this reputation.
