How to End a Relationship Without Getting Emotional

I've been dating this guy for a little over two years since he first went out. He's really nice and everything but there are definitely some issues with the relationship. Both of us are almost 30 and he still lives at home which isn't necessarily a problem. It just seems like he's on a different timeline I guess than me as far as maturity level goes. The bigger thing is that he is actually asexual which it took me a while to like figure out.
