The Importance of Launching to Early Adopters

Yonder was one of the only FinTechs in Europe to launch with our coffee upfront, especially that high. So when you're asking people to pay for your product, they are expecting some level of quality in return. And so for us, it was like, what is the level of polish? Everyone that signed up in the first three or four months got six months for free because we don't want the fee to be a blocker fee right now.
