The Importance of Improving Dialysis in Patients With Heart Failure

All the cardiologists I've spoken to about this have been a little underwhelmed and they've basically said that, you know, better diuresis is better. So that's not really going to surprise anybody. But what this study did persuade me of at least is that augmentation of diuresis in patients who are not diuretic resistant is probably safe. This study, in my view, gave me some evidence to kind of make me feel like that strategy is going to be safe.
