i think it's a nice partnership between myself and patrick, and really, i'd say the overall team. For me, when you've been doing things as a company for as long as harvest has...you don't know if you're doing it because that's the way things are done. And anitia comes with an experience andd an outside perspective that will say, well, that's not right or that'. We can do better than that. I just am very grateful to have had that.
