The Paradox of Evidence Base Medicine
A lot of times what evidence base medicine teaches us, once we do the clinical trial, turns out to be not effective at all. The physician is basically left with his own preprescribing experience - which leaves quite a bit to be desired. It's something i call the paradox of evidence base medicine.
