Are Bishops Rebuilding Trust?

There is a clear disparity between there was, there was a real problem of trust between bishops or between priests and their own bishops. So then what has to be done? Well, there has to be a way for them to communicate that externally. And you can't do that through executive session. That is a long-term drawback for this. Do the Cardinals have a bigger weight in the world? I should not have had a jealous shot because I'm like going to start making comments about the personal disposition of individual Cardinals.
