How to Read the Literature
The more read, the better you'll be as a person or as an academic. I very much believe there is and try to practice it also in my own work. So this is just a little thing that I think it's very difficult to become an academic if you don't like reading. And so I'm reading a lot whether or not it's for my job or not.
