Just because prices are high, doesn't necessarily mean there's a bubble. A haircut today is cost the same amount of labor as a haircut did 10,000 years ago. In 1970, if you were a hair stylist or a barber, you would have to do 9234 haircuts to buy a house. Today, as of August of this year, it took 10,264 haircuts.
