I expect that to have the highest level of thinking regardless of budget or time. Many clients, many big businesses have absolutely no idea digitally of how their customers behave. You're going to start to see this sort of blended retail physical analog relationship happening. So I predict that the retailers in the future will spend a lot more money on their websites because I'll understand the power that digital is brought.
