Are You Burning Out Your Volunteers?

I think it depends on what you mean by getting things done. One thing i'm realizing to is, if you want to burn your volunteers out, you have to be ok with like, messiness. I do think a lot of it falls on the church itself, you know, to create that kind of culture. So i tin that's ghe way to put it. I me only thing out az, just work with what you got. Like, i know all of us, we' listen to hill song growing up. Anything all of us secretly wanted praise seems to be hill song. And that's usually not the case.
