i wouldn't trade that experience for anything, because my leadership and my n my management style was completely formed by having to do just that. So i had to learn about people very quickly at a particular club. And we became, you know, they became very close. We were working every day for eight to ten hours, 12 hours a day; so it became a kind of intimate type of group getting this work done. As we got the bigger jobs, we had to do that with contractors.
