The closing round or a check out round is the last step in an action meeting. The default that i usually use is, what did you notice? And my second question used to be, what can we do better next time? I noticed that this was an opportunity people would take this as an opportunity to lob a negativety bomb on to the team as we all left. So i changed my default question to, what is one thing that i am going to do differently next time, or iam considering doing differently at our next meeting?
