To acquire that, scientists have to work in the business units, not in semberlity teams. The role of vigital nighty teams is changing from just focusing on doing systems and into innovator roles. Change management is hard, d and i do like the use of gamification to encourage or foster this change management. So there is tho social community sharing. And yet, time for learning is not prioritized as much as we think it should be. It's been a delight having both chief data officers working with me. In these turbulent times, if you think about value beyond our own health, maybe something more can be achieved.
