Biogen's Rocky Path Toward Returning to Normalcy

Biogen pushed back the vote until June 26th, which is when shareholders will vote on all of the board members who are standing for election. There is a firm called PrimeCap, which is Biogen's largest shareholder and may not vote in favor of Susan Langer. We heard from someone familiar with the situation that PrimeCap did not look fondly upon the Langer nomination.
