The net effect of all these papers would be, to say, pretty much no effect. So the hypothesis, one hypothesis, that severity of diagnosis would vary with the more marginal, this extra marginal care. Another would be that the appropriateness of the diagnosis would be also vary. That is, maybe the s world just ot not as well diagnosed conditions, more disagreement. But it was at the one % significance of which you might think is margin wll right?
