The Right to Abortion Is Not Rooted in Our History
In justice alito's world, and in his majority opinion, the woman is wholly missing. He believes that abortion is different from all other rights because of this potential life,. And so i think hale's view was something that was significant and important to him. In doing so, they simply ignore the women. The court wants to make it easy for them - by overturning 40 years of precedent. But also, that view seems to just sublimely ignore the last forty nine years in our country where this has been precedent and had force.
