How to Listen to Your Body

In this episode, Luis is joined by Simone Grace Seol, a life coach and business mentor. Simone explains why business can and has to be relational in order for it to be sustainable.

Although it can be counterintuitive, Luis and Simone discuss why slowing down and building a relationship with the body and the nervous system actually provides people with the capacity to make money over the long term. They share how they've observed, both personally and professionally, how bypassing the needs and the capacity of the body initially ultimately leads to burnout which many people misinterpret as self-sabotage.

They also discuss the difference between capitalism and materialism as well as how capitalism can be a catalyst for change.
