The Spot Signs of Stroke

There is a sign called the spot sign, where if you see a dot of contrast enhancement in the hematoma, then that is a predictor of active ongoing bleeding. So presumably, the vessel itself has tamponated off. It's not presumably you're not exangulating or you probably wouldn't have made it to the CT scanner. The other venous problem is there's high flow into the vein from a vficilos.
