Internal Branding - What's the Difference?

Internal brand is really it's the act of creating the meeting you manage. So internally, you know, we can't, we know that we don't own the brand. But what I think is a really interesting is the fact that employees kind of do. They create the experiences and the and that they set the tone for the brand then they and they create the product, the whole thing.
