How to Avoid Using Oil Oils

Canola oil, soybean oils, corn oils, cotton seed oil. These are all inflammatory polyunsaturated fatty acids that are exposed to light. They're exposed to oxygen. It's highly oxidized. You put it in your body and especially you cook with it at a high heat. And basically you're just drinking down free radicals  and they cause massive inflammation,. essentially rusting your body from the inside out. If you can eliminate only one thing, it would be all of these vegetable oils that people are cooking with.
