Small Businesses Pay More Than Big Companies
I think too often when we get locked into this vision of the old economy, it used to be true a that large corporations, there was a wage premium working for large corporations. But that true in white collar and manufacturing worki it's never really been true in retail. Once you take off those really high paid executives that are tilting the average, what you find is that small businesses are on par even with big companies. And some sectors pay more than big companies do.
