Is the Bureaucracy Not Reporting?
Thealcat nonow: The idea here was that people are not spending enough time in the office. They people are returning to the office cause e ah, yes, come back and said, he pandemics. And so what they're finding tough is they've got thousands of people who are not reporting. So this is why, they ere just not swiping in. That's the real problem there. There there. This suggests another thing, is that the, the bureaucracy is failing to report upwards enough if there is proper attendance.
