The next evolution of that is when you need support, you tell your AI agent, hey, I need help with this. The AI agent goes and talks to that company's support AI, gets the resolution and then comes back. And it's just like all these AI agents out there, they're doing it. It's a very, very realistic and probable outcome. But we're also getting these models we can run ourselves. So that stuff is actually getting closer. Like I've been making all these tiny little things to do this stuff. "I'm excited about it. I wanna do it," he says.
