Ali Vell: We're heading down to Georgia where Brian Kemp and Stacey Abrams are facing off again for the governor's mansion. Four years ago, Abrams lost to Kemp by fewer than 55,000 votes out of 4 million. And this is shaping up to be a tight race again. In American history, only two black people have ever been elected governor anywhere in the United States. The rematch between Abrams and Governor Brian Camp has been tight. But Stephen Phillips says that the race is actually much closer than it would appear at first glance.
