The Importance of a Philosophy in an Agency

I would point out to the people thinking about doing this is that you almost need to become the philosopher of your company what's my stance on pitching. There are so many other things that you need to form opinions about quite fulfilling because I think in exploring a lot of these things that perhaps when you're in an agency that another department takes care of you're trying to work out how you want to live and assert your own independence through a business at the world. You have a massive advantage just economically in that you've got no overhead so you're going to have a massive profit margin or you can undercut people but even more deeply in the type of work you do.
