The Importance of Time Tracking Data
Time tracking is so important in our industry to actually be getting this type of data because it really truly helps us with that overall client profitability. A lot of the times we'll ask our team members hey, are you overworked? Do you need some more work? And a lot of times they're like yeah, I'm totally here for it. I can use the extra time. The time tracking data will allow you to see okay, what is the workload that we expect from this team member maybe it's 20 hours a week and they're capped off at that 20 hour mark. So another thing too about the importance of it is managing team members workload.
