The Warehouse Management Playbook

A lot of it is based off of like just data of the products that we've shipped out a lot of metrics around efficiencies and where things should be in the warehouse and how they should be set up. i would say like 60 percent of it is our internal data and then uh 40 percent is probably like in industry kind of you know best practices. We do a really good job of capturing data of what happens in the fulfillment center and drawing conclusions and that's still evolving but i would say about 80 percent there of it being consistent for for what happens every day.
