Baby lem was born in the north of england to a mother and baby home. Social services placed him with foster parents on a long term basis. The food being served inside was typical of what many british families were enjoying at the time. He tells us about arctic roll, log of vanilla ice cream around thin layer of strawberry jam - like sponge cake.
