Is There a Process for Selecting Managers?

There's a constant tension between looking for ongoing improvement and then, you know, you don't want excessive tinkering. We have a process by which our manager selection team lays out their process for selection of a manager to our broader investment policy committee. And I think it's a really good one because it affords us the opportunity to ask questions. The bias that I try to make sure is that we're not trying to find the next awesome strategy at the expense of something that can be utilized as part of client solutions.
