i've not been holding myself up to the same sort of rigorous standards that i have done since, kind of, well, january. So i've been a bit like, so, so, like you were saying about the extra sleep. Nd, this really helps from working from home, is that my alarm's gone off at my normal kind of running time - 20 past six.
