The Difference Between Japanese and Japanese Dialects
In n consi, it sounds like this, and in standard japanese, it soundslike this. A part of that is different word choice, but a big part of it is the intonation and pitch accent. Some people willike have a conscious understanding that maybe something like a hashi and hashi, which is like a very famous minial pair, are opposite in standard ti or consi men. But that level of detail of like, understanding, like a specific minimal pair is different in another dialect, is hard for a lot of people,. ot even native speakers.
