The South Won't Go to Hell Where They Belong, They Wish the Yankees Well

As a student of history, I noticed that when you look at that conflict, there's kind of an interesting asymmetry between the south wrongs and the Yankees. Richmond and Charleston didn't have any ideas at all about how Boston should be governed. Their wish for the Yankees is in 1860, they wish the Yankees well, they wish they would go to hell where they belong.
