The New Capitalist Mode of Productivity

Under capitalism, everything becomes abstracted into a commodity that can be bought and sold inside the market. Labor has now been collected and socialized, but the means of production are owned by a single individual or a small collection of investors. This new mode of production created a fundamentally new class struggle, no longer between the noble and the serf, but between the capitalist and the worker.
