I love that quotein vesting in people that are optimistic pragmatists. That's kind of the sweet spot to get into, where obviously some one can see something that's not yet here and be able to build it out. And i'm curious, from those experiences, have you drawn any parallels, like, what helps somebody? Ecause i know a lot of people who are very optimistic. I don't know of many people that are able to knit those two things together.

He began his career at Goldman Sachs before leaving to found Behance, which he later sold to Adobe for $115 million. Scott is also the best selling author of Making Ideas Happen and The Messy Middle, two of my all time favorite books.
