Is the U.S. Having Higher Infant Mortality Rates?

Cuba was a rich country by latin american standards before the cuban revolution of 19 59. They were ahead of the curve in terms of health care, as you mention, and literacy also. So wriht a lot of it is just propaganda. But there's also the fact that we show, i think, in this reason video, that they also manipulate the figures very grotesquely to hilight their low infant mortality rate. You really have to take those figures with a grain of salt.
