How to Know When to Fold a Goal

It's really hard to tell the difference between copying out versus legitimately changing your focus. The mindfulness meditation I think is a great one to learn to recognize these little impulses or reactions on the fringes of consciousness as William James would say. And let them into your conscious awareness and try to figure out what they're telling you. Going with your gut is something you can make a conscious effort to try to do.
