The FTC and Microsoft's Proposed Acquisitions of Activision Blizzard
The Federal Trade Commission is set to file for an injunction seeking the blocking of Microsoft's proposed acquisitions of Activision Blizzard. FTC has already sued, blocked the $70 billion acquisition to choosing to bring the case before its eternal administration law judge. By filing this injunction, the FTC is seeking to stop the acquisition from going through before the July 18th deadline.
