Is Mentorship Rewarding?

I imagine it's emotionally satisfying to see these people succeed and flourish. Can you speak to any like cases where your models broke or you found a different model applied better? And then I'd be curious to ask about this in particular, that through this process, iterating with people one person over years maybe, but also many people in parallel is its own kind of fulfillment.
