How to Collect Data Correctly
A probability survey is representative of the population that it reports to represent. A convenience sample is a survey of your clients, a survey of the people who subscribe to your newsletter. When you're asking people to self-select into a survey, it's not representative of a population. It may not even be representative of your customers.
