How to Make a Chimpanzee Smarter?
Chimpanzee rights have been brought in several different courts on behalf of chimpanzees. The argument is that even without any change, chimpansees have an intellectual and emotional life that is complex enough that they are capable of suffering. They may not have a right to go to college because they couldn't actually benefit from itriht, or to vote. But there is a right not to be miserable in it.
