The Power of God and Wisdom of God
There's a longer standing tradition that Proverbs eight and then Sirak 24 points to pre figure Jesus Christ. This human author did not have any direct explicit knowledge of Jesus Christ. But in God's providence, it's taken up and use it points forward to Jesus Christ. The Word of God is not co-terminus with or identical with the Bible.
