The doctrineo dovine simplicity, it says god doesn't have any physical parts. It goes further and says god does not have any metaphysical parts either. This is somewhat controversial because divine simplicity allows all sorts of things to count as metaphysical parts. And so whatever i wish to intrinsically predicate of god's nature, it has to be identical to god.
