Is the Doctor's Tartis Special?

The doctor is travelling at the time with his companion, who's a time lord and doesn't think artificial black holes are possible. Yet more recently we learn that there's a the eye of harmony is inside his tartis. And now we've got this thing where mat smith goes into the engines of the tartis and there's a black hole. So it's never been really said, has that one black hole that was on galafray now been moved into the doctor's tartis? Or do all tardises have a black hole inside them?
