The Importance of Decision-Making in OCD

There are still things you can do to train your brain and work on some of these functions. It's just like muscles in our body, right? It does get harder as we get older to put on muscle and stuff, but we can still do it. We're not 18 anymore so maybe a bit more work is needed than when we were 18. Good point on teens - they can be very risky and take risky behaviors. And that's just the way their brain is at in the developmental stage.
