How Do You Discover Recruiting Being a Lever?
O colan: Recruiting is one of the biggest levers that we have to create cultures and organizations that really are alined, but also thrive in the market. How did you discover this? "I tried to get a lot of feedback from candidates and try to understand what is motivating a candidate to day," he says. O colan: In order to be able to adjust to what we need to day in the market, they need to adapt quickly and react quickly on what customers ask them. So we need a really great customer orientation and ability to react on the market.
