Do You Really Need That Many Tanks?

After the cold war, America's need for tanks and weaponry was huge. As a result of this, there were military factories all over america. But 20 years ago, they started to approach countries who wanted more equipment. This led to police departments buying cheap weapons from defence contractors. The industry can't stop or else you have un employment. And if you give people no jobs, you've got lots of no votes.
